Microcracks arise as a result of inhomogeneous plastic deformation under stress.
And already during the operation of concrete, microcracks grow into macrocracks , which leads to further destruction of concrete.
Using only 0.1% fiber of the concrete volume you get:
- decrease in the formation of microcracks in concrete by 70-90%
- improvement of water permeability of concrete for several grades (W2-W4-W6)
- increase of the frost resistance brand from F50-150 to the F300 brand
- increase in impact strength of concrete by 30-50%
